Our History

Cutters Foam Fabricating was founded in 1987 primarily supplying the conversion van industry. In the early ’90s, we manufactured thousands of captain chairs and hundreds of sofas per day. In 1993, we moved into our current 40,000 sq. ft facility.

We offer a multitude of foam products in a wide variety of densities for countless applications allowing us to expand into multiple markets such as marine seating, transit seating, contract furniture, residential furniture, medical, packaging.

Fast turnaround manufacturing capabilities means we will allow the occasional rush order, while an experienced engineering team helps solve problems and optimize designs for manufacturing. The majority of our products are custom-designed for each customer’s specific need.

All scrap material and leftover cutoffs that result from production are recycled properly to reduce our footprint.
